Fat Blogs…gotta love’em. Everyone’s an expert, right?!
It’s less than a week to the New Year and many of them are actually making derogatory statements about New Year’s Resolutions.
To me, it’s almost like Body Shaming someone. They’re saying, “You wanna change but you won’t because you KNOW that you’ll never keep that health/food/gym resolution…”
Shut up FAT BLOGS. Fuck you. Go eat a carrot and get off the innerwebs for a minute. Less SNARK, more ENCOURAGEMENT!
I’m here to BACK YOU- MAKE THAT RESOLUTION!
If you WANT to make a change- Good for it. Determination is the best Coach!
It takes 28 days to make a habit (so THEY say). Maybe you’ll do 28 days at the gym IN January and it WILL become a habit?!
Even if you make it ONE TIME a week- it’s better than NO times a week.
But Ms. Adventures-It’s January and I haven’t been to the gym/walking/hiking/biking (whatever) since- like- forever!
So what…go NOW! Go tonight! Tomorrow! Fit it in wherever…(to steal from Nike) JUST DO IT!
Try this RESOLUTION:
If you don’t keep your New Year’s Resolution, you’ll just make another resolution the next month. And the next. And the next. Until something CLICKS and you’re feeling good about yourself and what you’re trying to accomplish.
I’m ALL about trying new ways to improve yourself. If you need to DECLARE that you’re going to do something, then make some noise!
